In exchange for Defendant-Appellees' bribes, the Federal Courts covered up said fraud and extortion-scheme and conspired to concoct and falsely pretend that unexecuted and unsigned prima facie forgery O.R.569/875 was a "legislative act" and/or "passed resolution". The self-authenticating public record evidenced that no "legislator" had ever passed and/or executed said prima facie fraud-scheme.
